Student Equity Ambassador Program Opportunity

See below for an opportunity to get involved around campus! If you have any questions, reach out to our Student Equity Ambassadors President, Lana Smith.

Hi students!

Are you interested in making a difference in the district and becoming a student leader?

Student Equity Ambassadors (SEA) is a program that seeks to initiate projects within SDUSD and implement solutions on how to improve our schools.

Student Equity Ambassadors will have the opportunity to take action and pursue a problem or passion that they have within their school or within the school district, and collaborate with their peers and district leaders to find solutions to challenges facing students. SEA is a great place to gain leadership experience, and make an impact on your school. Our voices and ideas start district and community conversations that lead to solutions and changes that benefit all San Diego Unified School District students and families.

This school year, meetings will take place on zoom once or twice a month on Thursday’s at 4:30. Our full schedule can be found here. If you are interested in being a Student Equity Ambassador, please fill out this google form. All students are welcome!

Our informational meeting will take place on Thursday, September 30th from 4:30-5:30pm.

If you have any questions, please email

Thank you!

Lana Smith
